Writing can be a good outlet to sharing thoughts and feelings in a positive way. It can help in releasing stressors and at times just helps us organize what’s on our minds. Writing in journals is often used therapeutically and even letter writing can help one communicate with a loved one when verbalizing the words are hard to do. I hope my articles might be helpful for you, they are in no way meant to cure or treat what you may be going through, but hopefully just stimulate some thinking or generate a new perspective.
